By engaging in coaching services with NZO – Sports Mindset, you agree to the following terms.

Coaching Disclaimer

NZO – Sports Mindset provides mental performance coaching for athletic development. Coaching services are not psychological therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services and are not a substitute for licensed professional care.

No Guaranteed Results

Athletic performance outcomes vary based on individual effort, commitment, and external factors. NZO does not guarantee specific results, team selection, or performance outcomes.

Parental Consent

For athletes under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required prior to participation in coaching services.

Payments & Cancellations

Session fees must be paid as agreed upon prior to service delivery. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

NZO – Sports Mindset is not liable for athletic outcomes, injuries, or decisions made by athletes, teams, or organizations.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, and resources provided by NZO remain the intellectual property of NZO – Sports Mindset and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
